SHIPPING CONDITIONS

At barbegreening.com, we have several shipping options, although we always send shipments through courier companies. To know exactly how much your shipment will cost, keep in mind that this will depend on several factors: the destination, the selected delivery time, the amount of the purchase and the weight of the shipment, etc.

In all purchases the shipping costs are calculated by the company staff once the customer completes the order. Once the shipping costs have been calculated, we will contact the customer by phone and / or email to communicate the total of their order and other related details, such as delivery time, etc.

Keep in mind that for delivery times to be met you must place the order before the cut-off time. After said cut-off time, the order will be processed the next day, since we cannot deliver it to the transport company. Please note that the cut-off time depends on the transport selected.

Orders paid by transfer will not be effective until we receive the transfer amount in our checking account. Through the rest of the means of payment, the order will begin to be prepared immediately. If the order is urgent, we recommend not using bank transfer as a payment method.

Whenever you place an order at barbegreening.com we will inform you by email when we have proceeded to the shipment. In addition, we will monitor the delivery and will contact you if there is a problem. That is why we ask that you provide us with a phone number in the ordering process.

TIME AND DAY OF DELIVERY

Keep in mind that transport companies only work from Monday to Friday. They do not distribute on Saturdays or, of course, Sundays or holidays. In addition, when we give you approximate delivery dates, we do not take into account whether it is a local or regional holiday at the destination; We only consider national and local holidays of origin.

We cannot guarantee a delivery time. The transport companies may make the delivery throughout the agreed day before 20:00. However, an approximate schedule may be indicated that the company will try to meet, but is not required. In case they do not locate you, the transport company will try a second delivery agreed with you. If after the second attempt they do not locate you, you will have to pick up the order at the facilities of the transport company.

ORDERS NOT DELIVERED

If an order is sent and cannot be delivered for reasons attributable to the customer, the amount paid for the shipping costs will not be refunded, again having to pay other shipping costs for the reshipment of the merchandise.

RESPONSIBILITY IN THE DEADLINES AND CARRIER

The delivery times are approximate, they cannot be taken as a safe guarantee, although, generally, in 90% of the orders we fulfill them. In exceptional cases, we reserve the right to modify the transport company with which we will send the package, but always maintaining transit times.

The liability of vinistas.com is limited in cases of force majeure (strikes, adverse weather events that prevent normal traffic by land, sea or air, …). In these cases, the orders will be delivered as soon as possible, and the terms indicated above will not apply.

REGISTRATION AND YOUR WINE ACCOUNT

In the purchase process we offer you the possibility of joining Barbegreening by registering and creating an account. By registering your identification and shipping data, you will be able to speed up the process in subsequent purchases by simply selecting one of the shipping addresses that you can store, being able to create several, modify them, delete them or introduce new ones.

RETURN POLICY

Within the period of fifteen days after receiving your order, you can return it assuming the amount of the return costs.

Of course, we can accept product returns as long as you return the order with all its products, with its original packaging and its original seal without breaking, with all its accessories and in perfect condition. In the event that you request the return of an already opened product, you can only return it if it retains at least 80% of its original content. In this case, you must return it to us in its original packaging and in the best possible condition to be accepted.

We will not be able to accept returns of products that do not come in their original packaging, unless they are defective due to some type of damage during shipping.

If you have received a wrong product shipment (we apologize in advance) we will assume the costs of returning the product and shipping the new product as soon as possible.

Instructions for returning a product: To return a product contact us , with the order details, Your identification, reasons for the return and a photo of the product as it arrived in the event of being defective. We will reply to you as soon as possible.

If all the requirements are met, once we receive the returned order or product, we will proceed to pay the total amount of the order or send a new one, according to what you choose. The shipment of the returned products must be done using the same vinistas.com box that we have sent you, or in a similar format that guarantees the return in perfect condition and a copy of the delivery note must be included inside the package indicating the reasons for the return.
